How does user-based pricing work?
You pay for each active user in your company. Add or remove users any time — your bill adjusts automatically at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a user?
Any person with a login — employees, managers, HR staff, and admins. Read-only viewer accounts (e.g. client contacts) do not count toward your user count.
Is there really a 30-day free trial?
Yes. Sign up, invite your team, and use the full platform free for 30 days. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes, any time. When you switch to annual billing, you'll be charged the annual rate and immediately save 20%.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No minimum. Whether you have 2 employees or 2,000, the same flat per-user rate applies.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Invoiced billing available for annual plans with 50+ users — contact us.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time with no penalty. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for any unused months.
